12 Month Photo Shoot--even more challenging than 11 months!! These are the best I could get. It was sad putting the last sticker on her onesie, but I was also happy I wouldn't be wrestling her every month for pictures! ;o)
Maggie had her 12 month appointment last week and here are her stats:
Weight: 22 lbs. 15 oz. (51st percentile)
Height: 31.5 in. (91st percentile)
Head circumference: 18 in. (29th percentile)--this is totally wrong though!
Maggie hated having her length, weight and head circumference done! She moved as the nurse was measuring her head so I'm sure it's bigger than this measurement!
She also got 4 shots!! One in each extremity--it's not fair being a fall baby and getting your flu shot too! She obviously hated this part of the visit too, but she calmed down pretty quickly and we just kept the ibuprofen and Tylenol on board for the next day.
What else has Maggie been up to?
Two more teeth started coming in at the beginning of September! This brings the total number of teeth to eight!!
No walking yet, but she's getting close! Getting more and more courageous every day. She crawls like a maniac though! Some days her legs move faster than her arms and she face-plants :o(
Lots and lots of babbling and singing, but no words yet. Lots of shaking her head 'no'! And most of the time it's appropriate for the question asked! It's super cute!
Lots of "So Bigs" and clapping! She's such a happy girl! We are so very lucky!
