Spring Fever here...

at the Wenthold house!

The week started out with Dave going to Opening Day for the Twins (yeah, he didn't even invite me!) and I was so lucky, I got to go to work! Did you hear my sarcasm?? I was able to catch the game when it was re-broadcast. I just won't be letting Dave live this down for a loooooong time!

This weekend there was some spring cleaning and, the highlight, a huge patio furniture sale!! And being the great (responsible??) parents-to-be that we are, we chose to invest in some patio furniture this weekend instead of buying a crib! :o) Of course we had to break it in that night too! (The umbrella is in the garage)


We are just getting our patio ready for all of the summer fun and maybe even a house warming party sometime in the future!

Here are some pictures of what our baby's room will look like--and no, we don't know if it is a boy or girl yet. We just decided not to re-paint the room because it was so cute! And girls can have blue rooms too! This is all that has been done so far. And like I said previously, we invested in patio furniture so the crib will come later!

And finally "belly" pictures! I was 16 weeks on Thursday. I'm still not wearing maternity clothes, but I did invest in some this week. They are on stand-by in my closet. I'm still just wearing my work-out pants as much as I can! I haven't felt any movement or "flutters" yet. We have another OB appointment on Wednesday this week and we will find out our baby's gender on May 5th!

Here's my belly at 16 weeks 3 days. Really haven't "popped" yet--just waiting to!


And of course my goofy husband wants to get in on everything so here's his 16 week "belly" picture too! ;o) He sure does keep me laughing! He has more of a pregnant belly than me!
