Little stinker!!

So I thought Maggie was having just a grand 'ol time in her swing and this is what I walked in to see!!

I was in the office working on the computer and Maggie was in her swing just swinging away, or so I thought! She was being very 'talkative' so I decided to go and see what she was doing. I saw her hanging off the swing and ran to her and was about the pick her up and thought, "we have to document this!" The camera was just a step away and I figured she was holding on, her heavy head was holding her in and if she fell, the floor was just a foot away and it was carpet (yeah, I know, mother of the year!)! So I grabbed the camera, took a few pictures, shot this video and then I rescued my baby!

Two days later as I was in the living room with Maggie while she was in the swing, thinking that there was no way she would do this again, especially with me in the room, sure enough, she did! She reaches for her fish and kicks her legs up and out. That's how she ends up dangling off of the end of her swing seat!!!

Don't worry, we've learned our lesson--no more swinging without a seat belt! Mom says so!
